- Construction planning and coordination in consultation with local assembly companies, suppliers and customer representatives
- Supervision of assembly and, if necessary, management of the mechanical assembly of systems/parts, machines and individual components
- Support with the commissioning of plants and plant components in cooperation with the site manager/commissioning engineer
- Carrying out plant inspections, maintenance, revisions, etc.
- Control of delivered machines and components and compilation of records of box opening
- Compliance with ITP's (Inspection Test Procedures) and documentation
- Carrying out handover tests (incl. performance and no-load tests) and preparing assembly-handover reports
- Preparation of deviation reports (incl. determination and implementation of minor measures) and progress reports
- Support in organizing and setting up the respective construction site
- Technical guidance of the installation personnel
- Regular participation in progress meetings with customers and contact persons on site as well as internal departments (incl. reporting)
- Conducting training courses and tutorials

Your mission
Your profile
- A completed technical degree (e.g. in mechanical engineering) or a vocational training with an additional technical qualification (e.g. as a certified foreman)
- Profound knowledge of plant construction with regard to foreign assembly and international construction sites, preferably in cement technology
- Knowledge of welding technology and in-depth knowledge of HSE / SCC
- General commercial understanding, especially contractual basics
- Excellent organizational skills (time and task management, processes, personnel)
- Willingness and ability to work at great heights and in confined spaces
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working, intercultural competence and willingness to travel worldwide (90%)
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office and common IT applications
